Quinn XCII has released a new track titled “Worst“. Quinn has one of the best voices in the game right now and his soft lush vocals shine on this new track. The production is kept laid back at the start and then slowly builds. The instrumental has electronic elements about it on the fiery hook and left minimal for other times in order to let Quinn’s voice shine. For the hook Quinn takes advantage of a bit of autotune to bend his voice and make it sound electronic. This result is impressive and adds another layer to the track because of this strong fiery chorus which hits the listener after a relatively calm verse.
Quinn shows off his impressive range of this emotional track. The content focuses on a past relationship which has left Quinn pondering many times. It is the typical on-off relationship, he lets out a lot of detailed personal baggage on this introspective track. He comes face to face and is brutally honest with his in depth lyrics.
This is Quinn’s first musical release of the month following his impressive single release which was accompanied by some stunning visuals last month which you can peep here. You can catch up with all of Quinn’s releases, which have been consistent, on his Soundcloud.
